This website is produced for the SeaGarden project (Interreg South Baltic 2021–2027). It does not use analytics or tracking cookies.

If you contact us by email, your message and address are used only to respond to you, under the responsibility of the Lead Partner (Klaipeda University). For questions about your data, contact klaipedos.universitetas@ku.lt.

Forms & data

This site operates a backend API (/seagarden/api/) that supports interactive features described below. The backend service exists on the server; only the features listed here are active. The controller for all personal data collected through this site is Klaipeda University (Lead Partner), Herkus Mantas 84, LT-92294 Klaipeda, Lithuania.

To exercise your data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), contact the project coordinator: Arturas.Razinkovas-Baziukas@ku.lt.

Feedback form

Data collected: feedback type (bug / suggestion), message text, optional contact email address, the URL of the page the feedback concerns, and the browser User-Agent string sent automatically by your browser.

Purpose: handling and resolving the feedback report.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — improving the quality and accuracy of the project website.

Retention: records are purged on resolution or, at the latest, at the end of the project period plus three years.

IP addresses: your IP address is recorded in the nginx server access log as a standard part of HTTP server operation. Access logs are retained in accordance with Klaipeda University’s standard server policy.

Knowledge Hub registration & downloads

Data collected: name, email address, organisation name, organisation type, country, intended use of the downloaded material, and (optionally) consent to receive project updates.

Functional cookie: a session token (sg_reg) is set after a successful registration. It is SameSite=Strict, scoped to the /seagarden/api/ path, and expires within 24 hours. It is used solely to authorise the one-time download after registration and is not used for tracking.

Lawful basis:

  • Registration and download records: public task / legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(e)/(f)) for project reporting to the Interreg South Baltic programme authority.
  • Optional updates: consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the coordinator.

Retention: registration and download records are retained for the duration of the project plus three years, in line with Interreg audit requirements.

Rights & requests: to access, correct, or delete your registration record, or to withdraw consent for updates, contact: Arturas.Razinkovas-Baziukas@ku.lt.
